Q2: Can we get a sample for reference? Is it free or need to pay?

-- Yes, of course you can. Please contact our seller to ask for sample.

Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly. (No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex DHL TNT...)
For customized samples, there will have setting up cost and sample charge which is depended on the custom requirements, please inform your requests to negotiate.

Q3: What is the production time of sample and bulk order ？

--For samples , it takes 3-10 days,
--For bulk production, 1). Plain color: 20-30 days after receive 30% deposit.
2). Printing design:25-35 days after receive 30% deposit.
3). Urgent order could be faster, please send email to negotiate.
